This year, LEGO introduce 18+ sets. It’s interesting, simply because when you read/hear 18+, you have assumptions about a set because of that label. Assumptions might be that the set is not made for a younger crowd, or that it is more difficult? This seems to be an issue that Ryan from MandRproduction has an issue with.
His views are very valid. Personally, I don’t really have an issue about it, but I do find it difficult to focus on what sets are 18+? I like sets to have themes and I feel Ryan is right when he says it is weird to label LEGO Ideas 123 Sesame Street is an 18+ set when it should really be geared towards kids.
