Rumour LEGO Star Wars Summer 2021 sets + Reactions!

Hey guys, so if you thought LEGO Creator Colosseum 10276 at 9036 pieces was massive? Well this summer, LEGO might have something even bigger coming!

There is a rumour that LEGO is going to be releasing a 4th iteration of the Death Star at 11,000 pieces. That is insane! I wonder what the price point would be? Colosseum is selling for $650 CDN, and I imagine a Star Wars set would be more expensive to begin with, but add in the fact that it will have 2000 more pieces? Will we see another $900 CDN price point like LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon 75192? This Death Star set is rumoured to have a price point of $799.99 USD.

The set would have a set number 75313. What is interesting is that LEGO might potentially introduce 3 direct to consumer (D2C) sets. Here is a list of the potential list of sets coming out via BrickFanatics.com

  • LEGO Star Wars 75308 – $199.99 USD (D2C)
  • LEGO Star Wars 75309 Republic Gunship (rumour) – $349.99 USD (D2C)
  • LEGO Star Wars 75310 – $19.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75311 advent calendar – $29.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75312 – $49.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75313 Death Star (rumour) – $799.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75314 – $99.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75315 – $159.99 USD
  • LEGO Star Wars 75316 – $59.99 USD

So there is the list so far! But what are your favourite LEGO Youtubers saying? well here are some of their reactions!

You know, I must confess, I’m not your biggest LEGO Star Wars fan. To be honest, I’m trying to keep the number of themes I want to a minimum because things are getting out of hand, but if they really are creating a 11k piece count Death Star? Well, I’m lining up!

What are your thoughts to these first set of rumours? Will you be interested in a set that is 11k pieces? How do you even find space for something like this?

Happy LEGO Building!
